A highly regarded Legal 500 regional firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to step into a senior position within its Redhill office. This is not a “just keep the files ticking over” role. It is a chance to lead from the front, influence the direction of a well-established private client offering and, for the right person, move quickly towards Partnership.

You will take on a senior role within the team, handling a strong flow of complex and rewarding work while helping to guide and develop those around you.


Your work will include:

  • Advising on wills, probate, estate administration and trust matters
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to long-standing private clients and referrers
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Playing an active part in the growth and profile of the Redhill office


About You


  • Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Confident managing complex estates and private wealth matters
  • Comfortable operating in a senior, visible role within a team
  • Commercial, approachable and relationship-driven
  • Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression and leadership
