Trust Drafting & Administration
Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including :
Advising High Net Worth clientswith assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
Trusts(Set up & Administer)
Probate &Administration of Estates
Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
n Desirable Qualifications :
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload with excellent prospects for career advancement
n To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
STEP Qualifiedor actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential - Support Given)
Lawyers with either the CTA or AAT qualifications are very welcome to apply, as are those looking to get these qualifications and progress
