An award-winning Legal 500 firm is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor to its Sheffield office. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a respected team, flexibility in hours and high-quality work across a broad private client caseload.

The role:
\nYou'll be part of a well-established and multi-accredited department, handling a range of private client matters including:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Wills and Probate
    • \n\t
  • Estate Administration
    • \n\t
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • \n\t
  • Trusts and Trust Administration
    • \n\t
  • Inheritance Tax and associated Tax Returns
    • \n
\n\n

You’ll be joining a team that values technical excellence and client care, with opportunities to get involved in business development and mentoring junior staff if desired.

What the firm is looking for:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • At least 5 years’ experience in private client work, particularly trusts, wills and estate planning
    • \n\t
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
    • \n\t
  • A strong technical skill set and a detail-oriented approach
    • \n\t
  • STEP membership (or working towards it) is desirable, but not a dealbreaker
    • \n
\n\n
