Senior Private Client Lawyer | 6+ PQE | Harrow Salary: Highly Competitive + Clear Progression Path A long-established and respected law firm in Harrow is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong practitioner who enjoys high-quality work, wants genuine influence within a department, and is ready to step into a leadership trajectory. The Role You will handle a sophisticated, varied caseload spanning complex wills and estate planning, trust creation and administration, taxable probate matters, LPAs, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurial families and business owners. The work is both intellectually stimulating and client-facing, offering you the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to an established and expanding client base. With the department continuing to grow, the successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping its future direction, bringing ideas, strategic vision and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities

Advising on complex wills, trusts and estate planning Creating and administering trusts, including those with multi-generational structures Leading probate and estate administration, including high-value and taxable estates Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney Delivering strategic asset protection and succession planning for HNW clients Helping drive the development and growth of the departmentProviding high-level drafting, clear advice, and excellent client care

About You You will:

Have at least 6 years' PQE in Private Client work Possess strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and LPAs Offer outstanding drafting ability and a confident, polished communication style Demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach Be comfortable advising high-net-worth clients and liaising with other professionals Ideally (though not essentially) hold a STEP qualification Be ambitious, collaborative and ready for meaningful progression
