\nThe Role
\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded firm in Somerset.
\n
\nYou will be responsible for providing expert legal advice across a broad range of private client matters, managing a diverse caseload while delivering an exceptional standard of client service. The role offers high-quality work, including complex and high-value estates, within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
\n
\nThe caseload will include:
\n• Wills and estate planning
\n• Powers of Attorney
\n• Trust creation and administration
\n• Tax and inheritance planning
\n• Probate and estate administration
\n• Advising on complex private client matters
\n
\nYou will also play a supervisory role, overseeing and supporting a Private Client Lawyer and Legal Assistant, contributing to the ongoing development of the team.

\nThe Candidate
\nThe successful candidate will:
\n• Be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
\n• Have strong technical experience handling complex matters independently
\n• Demonstrate confidence supervising junior team members
\n• Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships
\n• Show commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
