The role requires the delivery of excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments. Tax and trust Work Capital Gains Tax ('CGT') advice Estate and succession planning Inheritance Tax ('IHT') planning All aspects of preparing Wills Trust creation and trust administration Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance.
