Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon 2 PQE A well-established regional firm in Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding team. This position offers high-quality work, strong progression prospects and the chance to develop your expertise in a respected, forward-thinking department. The Opportunity: You’ll manage a varied caseload of private client work, including: Drafting wills and advising on estate planning Setting up and administering trusts, including inheritance tax planning Preparing and registering LPAs Court of Protection applications and elderly client advice Handling complex matters for high-net-worth individuals and families As you continue to grow, you’ll take on more sophisticated and higher-value instructions with full support from experienced senior lawyers. What You’ll Bring: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 years’ PQE in Private Client Strong grounding in wills, probate, trusts and tax Confident communicator with excellent client care standards STEP qualification helpful but not required – full funding and study support offered Able to work in or commute to Exeter, East Devon, or surrounding areas What’s on Offer?
