Their Private Client team delivers bespoke solutions to a wide range of high-net-worth individuals and is highly regarded for its cross-border capabilities. They are currently an experienced and French-speaking (bilingual or native) solicitor interested in expanding their expertise into high-profile international matters. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including wills, estate administration, UK trust taxation, inheritance tax, and capital gains and income tax, with a focus on French clients. Responsibilities
Handle your own matters while contributing to larger team projects. Engage in business development through networking, article writing, and building relationships with referrers. Demonstrate strong time and client management. Work on wills, estate administration, UK trust taxation, inheritance tax, capital gains, and income tax with a focus on French clients. Qualifications and Skills
Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 2+ PQE. French-speaking (bilingual or native). Experience handling private client matters such as wills, estate administration, UK tax matters related to trusts and inheritance tax, and related capital gains and income tax. Strong time management and ability to manage own matters while contributing to team projects.
