We’re looking for a Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected Legal 500 Tier 2 private client team in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a caseload of complex, high-value matters, with the ability to shape your practice without being pigeonholed. You’ll be part of an employee-owned firm with no external shareholders, ensuring stability, independence, and a culture grounded in shared success. Despite being one of the region’s largest private client teams, the department retains a friendly, collaborative feel and operates without hierarchy. Who we’re looking for
Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in private client law Demonstrable exposure to HNW/UHNW estates and complex probate Agricultural experience Technically excellent with strong drafting and advisory skills Ideally from a reputable firm known for quality private client work Supportive and approachable, whether client-facing or more technically focused
What you’ll be doing
Running a varied caseload including HNW estates, trusts, probate, wills, LPAs and agricultural work Advising clients on complex trust and tax matters Supporting colleagues with technical expertise and contributing to the overall success of the team Playing a part in business development and growing the higher-end private client offering Working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers to ensure first-class client service
Salary & Benefits
