This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with a keen interest in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a varied caseload and gain hands‑on exposure from day one, with strong mentoring and professional growth on offer. Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney Drafting legal documents and managing caseloads with care and accuracy Supporting estate planning and trust management Handling inheritance tax and estate administration matters Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

About You:

NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive with private client experience Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail Empathetic and professional approach to client service Familiar with legal tech and case management systems
