We need a driven senior salesperson who achieves growth and hits sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Responsibilities

Design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand the client’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Actively manage the sales team, develop talent, set objectives, coach, monitor performance and drive them to exceed sales goals. Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally. Drive the sales process from plan to close.

Qualifications

Strong business sense. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager in the printing sector. Dynamic, energetic, passionate, with fresh ideas to improve company turnover. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels.
