Key Responsibilities Line Management (30-40%) Lead and support a team of developers Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture Technical Leadership & Delivery (60-70%) Act as an escalation point for complex development issues Review and validate code across multiple technologies Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs Required skillset Strong hands-on experience with
PHP
and
JavaScript Working knowledge of
