What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving business growth: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools or other clients
• Recruiting top talent: Source and place exceptional candidates into great roles
• Achieving targets: Take full ownership of your KPIs and consistently exceed them
• Managing your pipeline: Develop new client opportunities and expand your book of business
• Leveraging technology: Use CRM and sales tools to maximise efficiency
• Owning your desk: Build relationships, secure repeat business, and become a trusted partner
