Principal Product Manager | £70-80k | FinTech | Reading (Hybrid)

Principal Product Manager / Senior Data Product Managers needed by a SaaS FinTech vendor with a 50% market share.

The Principal Product Manager / Senior Data Product Managers will manage a team of 2 product analysts and build a data product ecosystem that will allow the organisation to make data-driven, technical decisions, expand the insights and value offered to clients and optimise the existing tech stack and in doing so identify areas for new product development.

Salary Package: £70-80k + Benefits Location: Reading (1-2 days a week)

Principal Product Manager / Senior Data Product Managers will:

Ideate and own the data product strategy and roadmap. Work with stakeholders to understand what data is needed by the business, as well as what is available in BAU. Build user cases and model dashboards. Build API and data feeds to access 3rd party data. Manage a team of Product Analysts. Help the Product Director and CEO build a data driven culture.
