Key Responsibilities:

Lead and uphold engineering standards and procedures across all technical activities Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on mechanical requirements Produce and review engineering calculations, drawings (2D/3D), and technical documentation Mentor and develop technical capabilities within the team

About You:

HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) Chartership or working towards it Strong track record of delivering complex, regulated projects Confident team leader with a passion for high performance
