About the Role:
Lead mechanical engineering design projects across a range of building sectors.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive innovation in sustainable and energy‑efficient building services design.
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.About You:
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards chartership.
Extensive experience in mechanical building services design.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
