My client in the West Midlands is currently looking to fill a Principal Estates Surveyor position with a focus on proactively undertaking the estate management casework and projects to help maximize the potential of land and property assets in line with corporate priorities The best candidates will have a history of assessing the efficiency and maintenance of assets under local authorities and helping with the disposing of excess assets.

Responsibilities Assist service with Acquisitions and Disposals Projects Clear backlog of outstanding lease renewals and conducting rent reviews Oversee development of 1 Junior Surveyor under your management

Requirements RICS member Knowledge on essential legislation (Landlord & Tenant Act) Degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field

3-6-month contract Negotiable rate DOE 3 days onsite, 2 days remote working
