SEN Teaching Assistant – Smile Education
Pay: £85.00 – £110.00 per day (in line with scale, dependent on qualifications & experience)
Location: B31 area & surrounding locations
Roles Available: Full-time | Part-time | Long-term | Day-to-day | Permanent

Smile Education is working in partnership with a range of inclusive and supportive schools across the B31 area and surrounding communities, and we are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants.

The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment✅ Requirements:
SEN experience is essential
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
