The Role As the Year 6 Teacher, you will play a vital role in preparing pupils for the transition to secondary education by delivering high-quality, engaging teaching and fostering a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging, well-differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development. Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. About You The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching in Year 6 or across Key Stage 2. Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Adapt teaching approaches confidently to meet the needs of all learners. Possess a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and current pedagogical practices.
