Hello Education is pleased to be working in partnership with a number of primary schools across the Stockton area to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers for the remainder of the academic year.

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Whether you are seeking short-term flexibility or a longer-term placement, we welcome motivated educators who are committed to supporting pupils academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
• Support pupils individual learning needs through effective differentiation and personalised learning approaches.
• Establish and maintain positive behaviour expectations to ensure a focused and productive learning space.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and school leadership to promote whole-school success.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Contribute to school activities, events and initiatives that support a strong sense of community.

Person Specification

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have successfully completed their ECT period.
• Are confident and adaptable when teaching across different year groups and school settings.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
• Are patient, empathetic and dedicated to supporting pupils individual needs and progress.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
