Whats on offer: Up to £51,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Term-time only, 37.5 hours per week MondayFriday, 08:3016:30 Permanent contract Start date: January 2026 Supportive, specialist team with strong professional development Access to wellbeing services and a flexible benefits package UK applicants only (no sponsorship available) About the role Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons for pupils aged 511 Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with autism and complex learning profiles Create a calm, consistent and purposeful learning environment Use assessment and observation to track progress and guide personalised support Work closely with therapists, leaders and support staff to ensure each child receives the right provision About you Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent) Confident communicating with pupils with autism and additional needs Warm, patient and committed to building trusting relationships Able to work creatively and adaptively, using a range of approaches Keen to contribute to a positive, supportive school culture The School Specialist independent day school for pupils aged 519 with autism and complex needs Strong sense of community and a focus on wellbeing, independence and social development Inclusive environment where pupils are supported to take ownership of their learning Clear safeguarding culture and robust support for staff Ribbons & Reeves is one of Londons leading Education Recruitment agencies.
