The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - SEMH Specialist School (Tewkesbury)
As a Primary SEN Teacher in Tewkesbury, you will:
Teach a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs
Deliver creative, engaging, and highly differentiated lessons
Support pupils with behavioural challenges and complex needs
Work collaboratively to achieve EHCP outcomes
Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage emotional regulation and positive behaviour

We're looking for someone who is:
A Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Experienced in SEN, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings
Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
Skilled in behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
