We are working in partnership with a specialist SEN provision that supports pupils across primary and secondary ages, and we are seeking a committed and adaptable Teacher (QTS essential) to join their team. The school focuses on creating a safe and consistent space where pupils can rebuild confidence, develop emotional regulation, and re-engage with education. With small class sizes and a high level of support staff, teaching is highly personalised and adapted to meet each pupil's individual needs. The ethos centres around patience, understanding, and celebrating progress in all forms. ________________________________________ About the Pupils Students within this provision may present with: * Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs * Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * ADHD and associated behavioural challenges * Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) * Trauma backgrounds and disrupted educational experiences Pupils may display behaviours linked to anxiety, dysregulation, or attachment needs.
