We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting childrens learning, able to build positive relationships with pupils, and confident in helping create an engaging classroom environment.

As a valued member of SAAF Education, youll receive ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant throughout your placements.

Role Responsibilities

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you may be required to: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Work with pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within the whole class

Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Prepare learning materials and help with general classroom tasks

Encourage pupils academic and social development

Requirements

Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

A positive, proactive and supportive approach

A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through SAAF Education

Strong communication and teamwork skills
