Day-to-day of the role: Lead the classroom, ensuring all lessons are inclusive and cater to the needs of SEN students. Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and provide specialized 1:1 support to students with specific educational needs. Develop and implement engaging educational strategies that enhance learning outcomes for SEN students. Monitor and assess the progress of students, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on special educational needs.
