Press Brake Operator

We’re looking for a Press Brake Operator to join a well-established engineering team in Westhoughton.

You’ll be setting, programming, and operating press brake machinery to produce accurate, high-quality components.

What’s on offer?

* Up to £31,200k p/a (d.o.e)

* Mon – Fri | 6am – 2:30pm

* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* Standard pension scheme

* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

What will you be doing as a Press Brake Operator?

* Setting, programming, and operating press brake machines

* Working from fabrication drawings and cutting lists

* Carrying out first-off and in-process quality checks

* Adjusting tooling, settings, and programmes for accuracy

What will you need?

* Experience in setting, programming, and operating press brake machines

* Ability to read fabrication and engineering drawings

* Good understanding of materials, thicknesses, and bend allowances
