Sendbird has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solution Architect. The Sendbird Solution Architect acts as a technical and product advisor to current customers and prospective clients. The Solutions Architect engages in pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver innovative, flexible, and scalable solutions to our clients, including some of the world's most notable brands. You should have at least two years of software engineering experience across front-end, mobile, and backend technologies. This role supports the EMEA and Eastern US regions, reporting to the U.based Head of Technical Services.
Partner with Sales: Collaborate with Account Executives to advise prospects on Sendbird services, designing solutions tailored to their business and technical needs.
# Lead technical onboarding/implementation projects: Provide insights to product teams to help improve Sendbird services.
# Coordinate projects: Stay updated on AI and messaging trends and act as a trusted advisor for implementation best practices.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a distributed environment.
Passionate about technology, customer service, and helping others succeed.
A creative thinker with a good understanding of client pain points.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Quick learner of new technologies with an eye for good UX design.
Willing and able to travel up to 20% for customer visits.
BSc in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
~3-5 years of customer-facing pre- and post-sales/solutions engineering experience.
~ Experience reading, debugging, and understanding complex web applications and systems.
~ Familiarity with web integration technologies like iframes, SDKs, APIs, SSO, and SaaS tools.
~ Programming experience in at least one language such as JavaScript, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or C#.
~ Basic understanding of AI concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMs.
~ Experience with web or mobile platforms like iOS, Android, React Native, React, or Angular.
~ Ability to troubleshoot complex systems across servers, applications, databases, and devices.

Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems.
Ability to guide UX design for messaging implementations.
Active participation in developer communities.
Awareness of industry trends in AI and messaging markets.
