You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the clinic and maintaining high standards of service and care. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing health and safety policies and risk management procedures in line with legislation Leading the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures Managing incident reports and identifying actions to mitigate future risks Handling patient complaints and incidents professionally and efficiently Overseeing the Admin and Reception team, supported by the Senior Receptionist Managing building maintenance and liaising with external contractors to uphold clinic standards The Requirements: Previous experience in health and safety management, ideally within a healthcare environment Practical experience with ISO training and compliance Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and team leadership abilities If this role is of interest and you have the relevant experience, wed love to hear from you.
