About the Role

This fully office-based role is perfect for a skilled

legal cashier

who enjoys accuracy, compliance, and operational finance. Please note, this position is

not a people management role and doesnt involve chasing debtors , making it ideal for someone who prefers focusing on the day-to-day financial processes rather than supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities Managing and supporting all aspects of the firms financial operations relating to legal cashiering Processing client and office account transactions in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules Handling daily banking, receipts, payments, and transfers Completing bank and client account reconciliations Supporting month-end finance processes Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal financial procedures Working closely with internal teams to ensure financial processes run smoothly About You Minimum 5+ years experience working as a legal cashier within a law firm Strong knowledge of legal accounting procedures and regulatory compliance High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident managing multiple financial processes simultaneously Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fully office-based environment Please apply immediately if this is something that you'd be interested in and one of the team will be in touch, if you need any additional information please give Pertemps Liverpool a call.
