Location: Near Tarleton ALF Recruit are working with a small but well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based near Tarleton. The business has built a loyal client base over many years and prides itself on delivering a friendly, personal, and high-quality service to local owner-managed businesses. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with practice experienceeither qualified by experience (QBE) or similarlooking for a hands-on and varied role within a close-knit team environment. The Role: Preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Management of bookkeeping and VAT returns Preparation of management accounts and assisting with client queries Supporting with payroll and general compliance tasks as required Liaising directly with clients and HMRC on day-to-day matters Contributing to process improvements and helping to streamline office systems About You: Practice experience is essential (QBE or similar level welcome) Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax principles Confident using accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and communication skills A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys client interaction Progression Opportunity:
