We are recruiting a maintenance scheduler/planner to be based remotely.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n \n CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Maintenance Scheduler to join the team. You will be remote with potential to go to Orsted sites in the UK.\n \n The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes for the client Orsted across EMEA (UK/Germany/Netherlands/Poland). The post holder is responsible for the efficient and effective planning and batching of all resources through self delivery or third party to conduct maintenance activities, which result in appropriate service delivery, maximize resource productivity and minimize customer business interruptions.
\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\n· Raising and scheduling PPM works and closing out including filing and checking of all documentation and compliance documents\n \n · Scheduling of third-party PPM Suppliers\n \n · Closure and raising of PPM remedial works\n \n · Authorisation and allocation of all Service requests\n \n · Organise, co-ordinate, control and follow up the day-to-day operations of the team with minimal instruction from the Technical Service Manager\n \n · Optimise efficiently the proactive and preventative maintenance of client buildings and assets\n \n · Provide the details and justifications of resources such as materials, tools, equipment's and man power required for the execution of works and projects and arrange to report any shortage in these resources\n \n · Communicate with the client regarding issues and service levels of the job\n \n · Liaise with supervisors for procurement (materials and purchase orders)\n \n · Review work order completion to identify deviations from plan and performance\n \n · Ensure all work orders are planned in line with both client/CBRE procedures and that all compliance and statutory requirements are met\n \n · Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure multi-trade work orders are carried out in a professional and satisfactory manner ie. Small projects including moves\n \n · Contribute to the development of local planning processes\n \n · Develop relationships with all client representatives\n \n · Helpdesk and supervisory support\n \n · The screening of all non-PPM work orders for your areas\n\nWhat You'll Need:\n \n · In depth experience of CMMS systems\n \n · Engineering qualification or equivalent (desirable)\n \n · IOSH/NEBOSH for compliance awareness (desirable)\n \n · Experience if working in a highly regulated industrial environment\n \n · Scheduling / Planning experience\n \n · Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. \n \n · Experience in working with technicians and 3rd party to plan works who's first may not be English.\n \n · Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work, a good problem solving attitude.\n \n · Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
\n \n · Excellent client relationship skills. \n \n · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
