Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to post-16 learners with special educational needs. Assist with the delivery of tailored academic and life skills sessions Encourage independence, communication, and self-confidence in every interaction. Support students in community-based learning and transition planning. Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation in a calm and positive manner. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to meet individual learning goals. Monitor and document student progress and wellbeing. Requirements:
