We are supporting a specialist Industrial & Logistics Investment and Development Manager who are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager who will focus on investment activity to join their team based in Central London.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Head of Investment and will primarily be responsible for the financial modelling and underwriting of new investment opportunities, as well as reporting and analysing on existing funds under management.

Key Portfolio Manager requirements:

• Degree or Masters in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
• Proven background in investment and fund analysis.
• Good understanding of the UK industrial and logistics market would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret financial/cashflow models is paramount.
• Transactional underwriting experience is essential.
• Good understanding of capital structures, finance and accounting is required.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.

Office based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH).
