Our team ensures that every initiative contributes to meaningful business outcomes, and we're looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our dynamic team.\n\nAs a Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of portfolio operations.

You'll help ensure reporting is accurate and timely, governance processes are maintained, and stakeholder relationships are nurtured. This role is about more than data-it's about turning insights into impact and helping MBNL achieve its objectives. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nSupport portfolio reporting: Deliver accurate, timely reports to shareholders, SMT, and ELT.\nFacilitate governance meetings: Prepare agendas, record minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-up.\nMaintain performance measures: Assist in defining KPIs, milestones, and thresholds.\nManage project data: Keep IFS and Kivue Perform tools updated with accurate information.\nDevelop dashboards: Create clear, engaging reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nResolve queries: Collaborate with Finance, PMG, and delivery teams to address reporting and budget issues.\nChampion SharePoint: Drive process documentation and continuous improvement.\nUphold MBNL values: Ensure quality, consistency, and professionalism in all interactions.\nDeliver under pressure: Produce high-quality reports to tight deadlines.\nManage stakeholders: Build strong relationships with professionalism and discretion.\nWork independently: Take ownership of objectives and deliver results.

\n\nWhat you'll bring:\n\nStrong MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting) and PowerPoint skills\nExperience in a PMO, reporting, or portfolio environment\nAbility to produce clear, accurate reports and dashboards in Power BI\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills \n\nNice to have:\n\nGraduate looking to move into project management\nKnowledge of IFS or ERP tools\nPM qualification or equivalent experience\nTelco industry experience\nUnderstanding of MBNL and how teams interact \n\nMBNL - building strength through inclusion.\n\nAt MBNL we embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion.
