Our client has proudly served Bicester and the surrounding areas since 1982. As a family-run business, they're built on trust, reliability, and a genuine passion for what they do. They're now looking for skilled and motivated Plumbing and Heating Engineers to join their growing team.

Whether you're already Gas and Oil trained or looking to gain those qualifications, they'd love to hear from you - training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain bathrooms and plumbing systems.
• Carry out boiler changes.
• Install and upgrade heating systems.
• Complete small plumbing works (repairs, callouts, general jobs).
• Work on renewable installs (heat pumps).
• Participate in their emergency call-out rota (1 in 5 - full details at interview).
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
• Gas Safe qualified (or working towards qualification).
• OFTEC, LPG and Unvented Cylinders (G3) qualifications are a bonus, but not essential (training will be given).
• Knowledge of heat pump systems (training available).
• Full UK driving licence.
• A reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.
