We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber to join our facilities team, helping us deliver safe, compliant and efficient environments that support the continued operation of the UK's justice system.
The Role As a key member of our onsite FM team, you'll take responsibility for a wide range of plumbing tasks, ensuring essential services remain fully operational across the estate.
Your work will include: Routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance Repairs to mains water supply systems Fault finding and diagnosing life-expired or defective equipment Completing checks, repairs and making good where required Water sampling, inspections and risk assessment activities Supporting additional FM duties as directed This role offers variety, stability, and the chance to expand your skillset in a unique and rewarding environment.
Requirements We're looking for a skilled and reliable individual who brings: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) Experience in plumbing maintenance (commercial experience preferred) Ability to operate light plant and equipment Legionella awareness (desirable but training can be provided) A full UK driving licence Strong understanding of health & safety procedures Don't meet every requirement?
