About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hard-working plumber to join a supportive and growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health and safety regulations, and with minimal disruption to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across local authority/social housing properties

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely and efficient manner

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, pipework, and drainage
*
Provide excellent customer service and ensure tenants are treated respectfully at all times

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures

Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
