Responsibilities: * Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within commercial and residential properties. * Identify and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and effectively. * Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used. * Coordinate with other building service teams to ensure smooth operations. * Assist in the inspection and testing of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety.
