Job title: Plumber - Social Housing\n\nLocation: Covering a large area Milton Keynes, Watofrd and Slough \n\nSalary: £38,000 + van and fuel card\n\nJob typr: Permanent \n\nWe are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our team, carrying out reactive maintenance across social housing properties in these areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulations.\n\nThis role involves a lot of travelling mainly around Milton Keynes, Watford and Slough. They will try and keep you as close to home as possible but this could be a possibility.

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.\n\nDiagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely manner.\n\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.\n\nProvide a professional service to residents and maintain accurate records of work completed.\n\nWork independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.\n\nRequirements\n\nNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing \n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nPrevious experience in social housing or a similar environment (preferred).\n\nAbility to work independently with good problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n£38,000 annual salary.\n\nCompany van and fuel card.\n\nUniform and PPE provided.\n\nPermanent role with opportunities for training and development.\n\nIf you are interested please call Sommer on (phone number removed)
