This mobile role covers Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet and Enfield, providing essential repair and maintenance services within our diverse housing portfolio.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for skilled operatives looking for secure full-time work, a supportive team culture, and the ability to make a positive impact on residents’ homes.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Multi-Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for a wide range of plumbing and general maintenance tasks, including:\n\nPlumbing repairs and replacements: sinks, taps, pipework, water tanks, bathrooms\n\nBasic carpentry, tiling, painting & decorating, and patch plastering\n\nDiagnosing issues, completing high-standard repairs, and ensuring work is completed right first time\n\nWorking professionally in both occupied and void properties, maintaining high customer service standards\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nManual driving licence (company van provided)\n\nYour own hand tools (specialist tools supplied where required)\n\nStrong plumbing knowledge and multi-trade experience\n\nExperience in maintenance, construction, or housing repair environments\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\n\nA proactive, right-first-time approach\n\nUnvented qualification (essential)\n\nAwareness of Health & Safety requirements\n\nPrevious experience in a similar multi-trade plumbing role\n\nWorking Hours\nMonday to Friday, 8am–5pm\n\nOpportunity for additional earnings through call-outs and out-of-hours work
