Our Work Planners will coordinate your diary, so you and the rest of the Repairs Team can be out there working together, putting our customer first. To be considered youll need to have: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, gas or heating (or equivalent) Domestic Core Gas Safety (CCN1 or equivalent) (servicing of central heating, cookers, fires, meters, and flue analysing) LPG (desirable) - Qualifies for upper end of pay scale. Full driving licence Youll have use of one of our company vans visiting our customers homes, fixing various plumbing/ gas repairs including diagnosing boiler faults and fixing them or replacing boilers as part of our planned programme Youll take pride in a job well done, knowing that youve made a real difference. A few key points from our role profile Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHGs Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Maintain effective communication with the Supervisory/ administration and management staff passing on information, concerns and problems with regard to any jobs. Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact tenants directly to make access arrangements Work flexibly to enable repairs to be carried out at times arranged with the customer. Your weekly hours of work would be37,Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly.You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
