We are looking to expand our fabrication team at our Port Clarence facility. This role is subject to pre-employment checks, including BPSS security clearance and alcohol and drug screening, as part of Wilton Engineerings onboarding process. Due to the nature of work scopes all applicants must be UK Nationals. All applicants should have completed a recognised apprenticeship. Main Responsibilities Reading & Interpreting Engineering drawings. Measuring and marking out plates and sections for cutting. Operating plate cutting machine where required and trained to do so. Assembling steelwork in line with engineering drawings. Maintaining material traceability during assembly. Aligning and checking tolerances. Tack welding fabricated parts together. Guiding overhead cranes and hoists where trained for moving and assembling plates. Working in confined space scopes where required. Responsible for cable management, general good housekeeping in working area. Working in line with strict adherence to Quality/Health & Safety Procedures and processes, and adherence to legislation. 2026 Pay Rate and Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week basic plus OT £22.56 per hour Dayshift £27.07 per hour Backshift £33.84 per hour Overtime 1 (Monday- Sat 1st 4 hours) £45.12 per hour Overtime 2 (Sat post 1st 4 hrs & Sunday) Benefits: 23 days holiday plus statutory (rising to 25 plus statutory with service) Flexibility to sell back holidays at year end or carry over Life Insurance Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme Company Sick Pay Based On Service Paycare Health Cashback Scheme Boostworks- discounts platform providing employees with retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts Dayshift Monday

1500hrs Overtime currently

Working till 4pm Monday- Thursday. 0700-1500 Saturday. Circa £1274 for 49 hours Back shift Monday

Wednesday from 1530hrs - 0130hrs (Thursday 0100 hrs) Overtime currently- Friday 1530- 2330 hrs. Circa £1268 for 45 hours.
