Your new company You will be working for a leading social housing contractor throughout the North-West on a long-term, temporary contract. Your new role Carry out internal and external plastering repairs and full re-skims in occupied and void properties. Prepare surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster, patching, bonding, and applying finishing coats. Work alongside other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, decorators) to complete multi-trade jobs. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on jobs. Communicate effectively with tenants, housing officers, and supervisors to ensure minimal disruption. Identify and report any additional repair needs or safeguarding concerns. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic settings. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering (or time-served experience). Full UK driving licence (if role includes travel between properties).
