A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Planning Paralegal in their London office. The role will focus on all aspects of Planning work, and you will have the opportunity to work on Business Development, and also assist in training and development. Specifically, you will be carrying out planning due diligence from all perspectives, and drafting and negotiating various agreements (s106/s278/s38 etc.) and planning warranties and indemnities into contracts of sale and purchase and option agreements. The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:2 and above), and excellent IT and organisational skills. Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 1 year of continuous and relevant experience gained from a well-known law firm in a similar role. After a period of training etc., this role will be performed on a hybrid basis.
