The Role:
Following the recent appointment of a Senior Planning Manager, the company is now seeking a Planning Manager to join their thriving team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments in desirable locations, offering excellent transport links, access to local amenities, and strong long-term investment potential.
Key Requirements:
* Planning qualification, or similar
* MRTPI or soon to submit
* Ideally, experience as a Planning Manager with another housebuilder or developer, however strong residential consultancy experience will also be considered.
* Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Strong communication skills
