Our Client - a Local Council is looking to bring in a Planning Enforcement Consultant to support delivery of a robust and effective enforcement service.

They are expected to be a senior and capable professional who has substantial planning enforcement experience in relation to leading enforcing teams, dealing with contentious and complex planning enforcement matters, modernising services and effectively communicating with members.

The role is full time (36 hours a week) for a period of 13 weeks. It is within IR 35. The expectation is 1-2 days a week in the office
