Planner/ Coordinator

We are now looking for a Planner/Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be organising and allocating Statutory Inspections in a timely manner to ensure compliance of each item. You will also plan effective and efficient routes to ensure that all Engineer Surveyors have a manageable workload.
Responsibilities and authority:
* Contribute to the planning of Statutory Inspections.
* Allocation of workload in a geographical manner to minimise non-productive travel.
* Communicate with customer and users to book appointment slots as required.
* Provide monthly forecast reports to customers as required.
* Identify any potential shortfalls which require escalation to ensure compliance.
* Manage data entries for Statutory Inspection reports.
* Manage and file all Statutory Inspection reports and distribute to customers.
* Contribute to weekly efficiency reporting.
* Contribute into development of Web based reporting portal.
* Prepare information for and attend periodic customer meetings.
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrable experience working in a similar planning/coordination position.
* Experience of being in a high pressurised customer focussing role.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
* A good collaborator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who demonstrates a proactive approach.
* Able to work unsupervised.
* Organised & excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Great problem solver.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience working within the Lift Industry.
