Pipe Fitter

Rullion are currently recruiting for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join our leading Engineering client's team at their busy Lincoln Depot.

Location: Lincoln

Shift Pattern: 6am - 2:30pm

Pay Rate: £30 per hour PAYE / £40.50 per hour Umbrella.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Overview/Duties:

To be able to bend and form tubing using hand bending tools ranging from ¼"- 1" tube - Fabricating To bend and form 1"- 3" using machine tool process.

specifications. Fitting, bending, forming and termination of small bore pipe work assemblies. Setting up pipe fabrications, tacking in position ready for welding. Assembly of pipe assemblies using "Swagelok" fittings. The ability to prepare and set up pipe fabrications (weld jointpreparation) to contract specific drawings and systems. To have knowledge and clear understanding of engineering drawings, schematics. Must be able to work under supervision by the Team leader/Cell Manager.

To maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness within the department at all times and adhere to all current and new Health & Safety requirements.

To be able to lift within the restraints of the Manual Handling policy. To have served a recognised Apprenticeship and attend Training courses when required.Skills Required:
