Physiotherapist – Palliative Care - 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering complex, person-centred assessments
• Supporting independence through tailored interventions
• Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Managing challenging and sensitive situations with empathy
• Contributing to discharge planning and patient flow

✅ What we’re looking for

✔️ HCPC registered Physiotherapist

✔️ At least 2 years post-qualified experience

✔️ Ideally some exposure to palliative, community or complex care

✔️ Confident working within MDT environments

✔️ A compassionate, resilient and patient-centred approach
