We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Geography Teacher with a proven track record of leadership to become our next Head of Geography. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, develop an engaging curriculum, and inspire a love of the world in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and strategic leadership for the Geography department.
• Develop and implement an innovative and challenging Geography curriculum across all key stages.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Geography teachers.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the department.
• Oversee assessment, tracking, and reporting of student progress.
• Contribute to the wider academic and pastoral life of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a closely related field.
• Significant experience teaching Geography at secondary level, including A-Level.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A passion for Geography and inspiring young people.
